PREPARATION:
Sprinkle the pork chops with
WUN-DOE-MUS. Use about one tablespoon, patting it in your hands. Combine
remaining WUN-DOE-MUS with the flour in a bowl and set aside. Heat about
one quarter inch of olive oil in large skillet for about two minutes
over medium heat. Coat each chop with flour, shaking off the excess.
Fry in the hot oil until dark brown and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes
each side). Drain on paper towels. These chops are especially good with
WUN-DOE-MUS CREOLE SAUCE over the top of them with rice!!!
